They've been highly satisfactory up to this point. Sent Spanky007 a Nike PSA-60 that should've been delivered on Tuesday morning. As of today, they officially declared the package as lost. Such a hassle! Now they're having problems with their fax system, so I have yet to receive my claim for to fill out.

Oh well, I guess 1 out of 92 isn't bad. But it still sucks. :disgust: :| 😱
