Who would let yet there "small" tiny kids run free in a car parking lot.. which cars come in 24/7. I mean god forbid me hitting one of them with my noob driving skills. We have a huge front area were the little kids can play, but i rarely seen they asses out front. :disgust: SEND THE LITTLE DAMN KIDS IN THE GRASS TO PLAY AND NOT THE PAVEMENT OUT BACK! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! and please dont let them shoot there waterguns @ other people cars and leave nasty water marks.. esp. on black paint.

yes, some parents are dumb...as a matter of fact...stuff like that should carry an endangerment charge...i bet they would think twice about letting their kids run around like that if they were likely to catch a criminal charge for it...you would think that worry about the kid's safety would be enough...
 
Most parents are.

In some cases not watching your kids seems to be cultural though. My current neighborhood is made up of 70% Mexicans and I frequently see kids around 3 years playing in the road with no supervision. While the slightly older kids are roaming all over tearing sh!t up.
 
they are entitled to let their snot nosed little kids run anywhere they want. Even if it is not safe. And if you hit one of the... even if you have the right of way and the kid was where he didnt belong in a dangerous place... they will sue and the jury sympathy for the poor poor little kid will get the parents eleventy billion dollars.

it's Darwinism in action! Kid gets run over, doesn't pass on stupid gene from parent to the next generation, human race profits... sucks for being socially responsible 🙁

No... but there have been loads of times... arghhhh... but to be honest, i would rather aim for the parents. But it calls to mind that thread about the father who ran over his own little girl, and now is suing the auto company and realized... that is pretty much how things work.

Unfortunately, society has seen fit to save the offspring of stupid parents thus ensuring the downward evolution of the human IQ.
