Hmm, maybe I'll buy a DVD burner or a PDA?
Computers . . . are not eligible.

Maybe I'll get that JVC 8030 receiver ... $299, not bad ...
products from third-party merchants, including ... J&R, ... are not eligible.

Hmm, at $50 off, an xbox would be down to my price....
video games ... are not eligible.

If you look at their Electronics main page, pretty much every thing on it is not eligible!. Except maybe cameras?
Hmm, Canon PowerShot A70 $299, RitzCamera....

Thats just like their Amazon Credit Card, My dad signed up for one because they said he would get 10% off his first purchase but the item he bought not eligible.
