Hmm, interesting approach...

Quick test on my VM, and it did as it says, it popped up a dialog asking a question, and you can allow it if you know that process is safe or not.

So I tested this out and now have it installed on two of three computers. But there's an issue. I can easily end the processes in Task Manager. Albeit the processes do return within about 30-45 seconds. I can also easily end the service. Good anti-virus software won't allow you to do this so that something malicious can't end it from running. I have contacted Cyberreason about this so we'll see what they say.
