Ranma 1/2

It was amusing for a little while, but eventually it got repetitive and boring. They kept dragging that love triangle crap out... just gets annoying after a couple seasons. Did love the music used in that series though.

1995 does not count as very old. Anyways I think I saw that at the 1994 Gencon. That's the one with the dude with grand mastery in umbrella fighting, right?

First season was great, just finished watching it. Second season pissed me off because it did not pick up where first left off. Previewed fourth season and it seems plain silly.

But overall, it is about a boy who becomes a girl when splashed with cold water, only hot water will reverse him. Throw in mixed gendered love affairs and just good humor, it is a fun time.

It drags on for about 7 or 9 seasons? I don't remember since it's been that long.

Anyways, ending does suck, since it tells you to read the manga (comic book) to continue the story. Same as with Inu Yash, since the tv series actually catches up with the manga.

Both are enjoyable but the story drags on close to forever. The art style changes midway through the series but it is still ok.

Maison Ikkoku is by the same writer (Takahashi) and is pretty good but again, it drags on forever....
