Randomly having to reactivate Norton AV 2005?

This morning I awoke to my computer telling me I have to reactiavte Norton as the trial has expired. That's weird because I activated it once when I first installed it. Anyone else encounter this today or previously?

Yes, we use Avast at work. However, I still like NAV.

I was a NAV user for many years, but Avast seems to be working great for me, maybe even better than Norton with lower overhead. Free too!

Avast gets my vote because it works with Mozilla. I have it on one computer and when I run out of all the NAVs I have, I will use it.

I had this happen when I installed NAV.... I'm not sure what happened.

I reinstalled NAV and it stopped hapening.... but I believe I reinstalled windows also a little later (for other reasons)....

so try uninstalling NAV and reinstalling it....
