random XP restarts

I thought the FAQ had something about Xp restarting by itself. Is it that XP restarts itself instead of showing a blue screen? how do i make it so it doen'st restart?

System control panel, advanced, startup and recovery, uncheck Automatically Restart.

Or, set HKLM\System\CCS\Control\Crashcontrol\Autoreboot to zero.

To see if your machine has been blue screening, check the system event log for an event that says the system is recovering from a bugcheck.
