Random words no "text enhance" links in my browsers.

Both IE and Google Chrome now have random words that are links. Once the cursor touches these links an add pops up relating to that word. I had something similar happen a few years ago and thought I ran Cool Web Shredder to fix the problem. I ran it today and it said it found zero issues.

Anyone here have an idea of what I should run to get rid of this?

Run malwarebytes and see what turns up. Check your addons in each browser to see what's running and add/remove programs for anything that doesn't belong.

Also HAVING SCRIPTS DISABLED makes that stuff not work also!!
