probably didnt top it out, but it hoverd around 2mb, I didnt catch the average sorry :-/
Im at school, but I dont see above 1mb too constantly. uneually have to be up around 3am to see around 5mb, on rare occasions. It may have been topped out because I get restriced and capped alot, and I just may be at the moment.
