Random Restarts?

My computer has started randomly restarting, every time it is left for long enough for the screen saver to come up... about 2 or 3 minutes after that it restarts. No warnings or anything.

Here are my specs.

Athlon 1.2 @ 1.4
Epox 8k7a
246 megs DDR RAM
Radeon LE
40 gig Maxtor HDD


I will try putting my power options on 'always on.' Also could my O/Ced processor be causing it?
 
Are you saying that it ONLY does this when it's idle (screen saver starts), but when you are using it, it never does that..?
