When's the last time you gave the interior of the case a good dusting? 4 years is plenty of time for dust to build up and clog the CPU's heatsink, making its fan totally ineffective. Your computer might be rebooting because the processor is overheating. The PSU is still a suspect however, and if cleaning the case doesn't work (or if you keep it clean already) then trying out another PSU might be wise.

Like the others have said, it could be symptoms of a bad PSU. What PSU do you have now and how many watts does it have and what's it's brand? Bad PSUs can lead to instability.

I wouldn't trust any off-brand Power Supplies. I would replace that PSU with an Enermax or a Fortron or other well-known brand. This would be a good PSU:

yea it sounds like a problem with the PSU. the fortron in the above link is a good choice, especially if you have a budget. GL with it.
