My computer randomly gets a blue screen that says "kmode_exception_not_handled" and counts to 99 after which it restarts. This seems to happen randomly. How do I fix this?!?!?!

I've ran full virus and spyware scans in safemode.

Help!
 
What are your temperatures like. How bout giving some system specs, since it's hard to solve a hardware problem, when we don't know what hardware you have...Could also be a case of a weak/generic PSU..
 
Dell Lattitude C610 1Ghz PIII, 256MB or RAM, and an 20GB hardrive. I don't think it is temperature because the fan works fine and hardware I can't change. What could it be?
