Hi, I'm sure this is a problem that comes up a lot but hopefully you guys can think of some suggestions that I haven't thought of.

Scenario: My dad's computer has been running stock and running fine for like 3 years now. Now randomly the computer will reboot, no blue screen, no freeze just reboots back to post. I figured it could be the PSU or the Ram so I switched both of those out and it has helped but they still happen.

So what's left is the processor and board. The problem is that it's a P3 and I don't have other stuff to test with. So should I just switch out both of them with something new? or is it worth it to just switch out one to hopefully get lucky? Or Could it be something else?

Thanks in advance for your advice.
