Random reboots when running 3d graphics

My computer is rebooting itself whenever I leave something like 3dmark2001 on in a loop or it freezes after I play CS after a while. I am running the following system

IWILL KA-266-R
Thunderbird 1.2@1.466 (1.85v)
ATI ALL In Wonder Radeon 32mb

The thing is, the computer never has any problems when I do things like running seti@home, folding@home, and other non-graphics intensive benchmarks. Any ideas?
