Just flashed my MSI 6163 BX board with the latest BIOS v.2.6 because Windows was not shutting down the computer. Now, it reboots rather frequently without my consultation. Typically happens during some type of "event" such as running an app or clicking on the browser.
I would just flash to an earlier BIOS, but the latest version is to support the W2K ACPI mode.
