Random reboots, lockups (even in bios or when booting up!) - help me

Ok, first i thought its the soundcard, so i got rid of. Now my box keeps doing the same thing, and im clueless what is causing it. I have bought 512mb stick of generic hi density ram, but i dont think that could cause lockups. I also got acpi.sys blue screen, but i cant find place to disable acpi in bios. Someone plz help.

my setup:
riowords pdvia board
2x p3 650 (normal, @720 or @866 - doesnt make diff)
geforce 2 gts
512 megs generic high density ram

Have you tried different RAM so you can eliminate that as a reason?

no, not yet. Im sure its some sort of acpi problem. i've gotten more of those blue screens. I'll wait till iget my new soundcard and then i'll start elimination all the possibilities.
