Random Reboots and data loss

So I started putting together a new system a few weeks ago, I was having stability issues from the get-go. Sometimes the system would reboot while in BIOS or the screen would flash whilst using displayport (but not on DVI) before I get into the OS, but never while in the OS. After doing several fresh installs of windows 8.1 I am still having issues. With the system having no issues for several hours and then a random reboot. Sometime it will reboot right when it gets into windows, sometimes while in bios. Sometimes while simply idling, sometimes it can go 10 or 11 hours without a reboot. No warning whatsoever, no BSOD, just a reboot. Whenever it does this it is notoriously difficult to get back into windows, and I have to sometimes do a startup repair, or set my boot settings to default and then set them back to their current settings, or refresh the BIOS, and when I log back into windows usually some data has been lost from what I did before the crash. At first I thought it my be software related, but it seems to do this regardless of a fresh install, or an install with all the drivers installed. Then I thought it was the memory, but after running memtest86x on each stick and then on all four sticks of RAM as a whole with no errors, I threw this out. (Though the system did shut off during one of the initial test, but I think this might have been due to the same reboot issue as before regardless of activity, as it has reboot while in bios before.). Also, I should note that I did bend some of the CPU socket pins, I did straighten them, and as the symptoms existed before this event as well as after, I don't think that was the issue. (I was reseating the CPU thinking that a bad connection might be causing it) Then I figured, well perhaps it is the PSU, so I ran an Aida 64 stress test on all components, and it ran for several hours with no issues before I shut it off, temps leveled off around 54C for the CPU and 74C for the GPUs. And now I am writing this. I can't figure out what is going wrong. Windows even log only lists an improper reboot with no addition information on it as to why. Also, I have my computer plugged into a surge protector if that makes any difference. Nothing is overclocked. Any advice or ideas are welcome. Below is my system specs:

Windows 8.1
Asus Rampage V Extreme
32gb (4 x 8gb) G.Skill 2400MHz DDR4
Intel 5960x
2x Radeon 295X2 (Two of them in crossfire in PCI-E slots 1 and 3)
2x 250gb crucial SSD in raid 0 (Boot device)
2x 1tb WD 7200rpm HDD in raid 0
1600W Lepa G1600 PSU

All system and device drivers are updated as far as I can tell. Thanks again.
 
Remove 1 of the video cards. If problem persists, it may be time to do a thorough check of all cables, leads & connections.
 
if it reboots while in BIOS, you can stop wasting time reinstalling windows.
check your standoffs, sounds like a short
remove all the optional hardware, get down to 1 stick ram, OS drive and 1 video card, and star from there.
 
I knew this thread sounded familiar. Let's keep it all in one thread, to make things simpler. The problem still sounds like a power supply or video card that isn't quite up to the challenge.
