My computer does random rebooting from time to time. Basically, I'll be just using my computer and all the sudden, poof! The computer spontaneously reboots as if someone pressed the reset button! It's not a virus either, I've checked, it's not subseven remote either (I've gone so far as to even isolate the computer from any internet connection). I suspect that it's the Pinnicle Firewire card, although after messing with it for 3 months, I'm now skeptical.
First try:
Pulled out the Pinnacle Studio DV Firewire card, system works fine, put it back and from time to time the system would randomly reboot!
Second try:
Moved around the card to isolate it on it's own IRQ and it still has the random rebooting problem. Also did the same with my NIC card.
Third Try:
As per a discussion on some threads, they suggested that a weak power supply(250 Watts) could be the culprit. Especially since my box is nearly maxed out on expansion options. So I got a nice new 400 Watt box powering this puppy. To no avail, the box STILL reboots randomly.
Ok - here's a FULL profile of what's going on in my box.

Anyone have any ideas? This is seriously bugging the crap outta me and I'm about to kick my computer. I've tinkered with isolating the NIC card and the DV card to get them on their own IRQ, but it didn't seem to make a difference. The computer still randomly reboots.
Anyone know if the motherboard is incompatible with any of this peripheral? (just a theory)
Or should I pull out all the cards and insert them one by one? If so, what sequence should I go about doing so?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated...
