A) A customer complains that he was shortchanged by you, receiving only $0.13 change, rather than $0.31. What would you do?

D) You are working alone and your shift is to be over at 6 P.M. The individual who is scheduled to work at 6 P.M. does not show up. What do you do?

It should be pretty obvious what this is for...but how am I supposed to answer these questions?

A.) Tell him se7en does not make mistakes and to move along.

B.) Stay until he comes or boss tells you to leave. After you get off go to the individuals house who didn't show and burn it down.

a) Give them 18 cents. It's more important to make the customer happy than to lose the money. If you notice it happen again, don't fall for it. If it was a significant amount, you could do a quick count in your register and make sure you didn't short change them 10 bucks or something.

If you are that Japanese girl from Hiroshima working her shift in the bomb shelter, and your replacement does not show up at the end of your shift, you get to live to old age, while your replacement get's burned and shredded.
