okay.. i was setting up subdomains on my website, becuase after the move to the new server they all got wiped out. (which means the forums.rallispec.net is back up and running)
right now its a pain to set them up.. you have to put in a support ticket and they'll add the subdomain for you..
however, i could opt to have this patch installed which would allow for me to have unlimited subdomains installed however/whenever i want.
the catch is:
*you cannot have any existing subdomains defined in Plesk for your primary domain
*cgi will not work properly in either your primary domain or any subdomains(php is okay)
*web users are not supported on the primary domain
*you must have Apache error_docs (custom error documents) turned off in your primary domain
does that sound worth it or not? CGI isnt something that i need right now.. however down the road i may want it.. What can i do with CGI that i can't do with PHP?
