Random loss of video with 4 gigs of memory

Wasn't sure where to post this but here goes. In the system below, I can't get the system to perform reliably with 2 sticks of memory installed, either 2x2 gigs of OCZ Platinum 1066 running anywhere from 800 to 1066, or 2x1 gigs of Corsair Ballistic 800 gigs. What happens is that when I power off the machine occasionally and restart it, the video signal won't be there. Sometimes it will boot all the way into Windows, because I can hear Windows starting, and sometimes the machine won't boot at all. If a pull one stick of memory it starts OK and the video signal appears on the monitors. I've tried using 2 sticks of OCZ 1066 Platinum and Corsair Ballistic PC800 memory over the past several months and eventually this problem occurs with both. Running one stick of either seems to be reliable. The CPU is OC'd to 3.8 and I've kept the memory specs to 800. Early on, the machine ran for awhile with the OCZ Platinum 1066 running at about 980 but it would never even boot with this memory running at 1066, so I backed off to something I thought was stable. Right now I'm running on one stick of memory and would like to be able to use two. Motherboard flaky? BIOS settings need tweaking? I'm pretty stumped. I don't know how the video signal could be affected by the memory installed. Any advice much appreciated.

PS is a Corsair 520HX. This morning I had the same problem after turning the machine off for 24 hrs with only ONE stick of RAM installed. So it might not have anything to do with 2 sticks vs. 1 stick of memory. Same deal.....the machine booted all the way into Windows but without a video signal. All I did was shut off the power supply at the switch on the PS, turn it back on, then turned the PC back on at all went well. Didn't touch the memory. I don't know what happens when you turn off/on the PS at it's switch, but is something in there being reset? I don't have another PS to try.
