Hi all, I need some troubleshooting advice.

Just built a new rig: AMD 3200+ .90nm, MSI K8N Neo2 1.3 bios, 1gig OCZ 3200 Plat. Rev2, WD 74 Raptor (SATA3 conn.) BFG 6800 GT OC (370core & 1100 mem) , Enermax 420w EG425P-VE-SFMA P.S. and WinXP Sp2.
Other Misc - NEC 3500AG, LiteOn DVD/CDRW combo, Mitsumi floppy and Logitech MX510 usb (default Windows OS mouse drivers right now). Installed Nvidia drivers 5.10 for the Mobo.
I had 3 random lockups so far from this T-day weekend. 2 were in HL2 and 1 was in I.E. (wife cruising the web)
Had the 61.77 vid drivers installed then decided to update to 66.93 after the first 2 lockups- thinking maybe that was the issue, but it's still doing it.

Now, I have the BIOS set to Sergeant? in the OC'ing section. I think I have the RAM set to 2.65 v.... will have to confirm. The RAM is running 2-2-2-5 1t @ 204MHZ
I wouldn't think that I need to bump up the Vcore and other voltages...?

Any kind of assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Check your system temps in the BIOS screens 1.after about 10mins and 2.after a lockup

then report back

Just checked system temps... Ambient/case 82 F and CPU 107F Est. - good temps. CoolNquiet is off.

Question, if I want to OC this thing to 10x240 do you have any suggestions on what/how I should do?
i.e. Turn HT to 4x, turn Spread Spectrum on, turn off the Overclocking thing (private, sergeant, captian etc) ?
Thanks.

voltages are:
3.3v = 3.28 - 3.29 - within limits
12v = 11.85 - .92 light fluctuation - hmm a shade low no?
5v = 5.03 - Good!

Have the Tsunami 3000 Case - 2x 120mm + 1x 90mm fans + Blue Leds (front panel door). <-- wonder if these are my culprits..?

Your voltages look fine if thats under load. Have you run memtest yet? With tight timings and even a slight overclock of your memory, you may need to up the memory voltage. Run memtest overnight, and if you get errors, try upping the mem voltage to 2.7 or 2.75. If still failling start loosening the timings.
