Random Lockups with 8k7a

hi...i would really appreciate someone's help

after about an hour or so my screen randomly turns blank and my computer wont respond, this doesnt happen every time i use it, but it happens often enough to be a problem, i dont think its the cpu temp, since its only 51C in the bios monitor right after i reset it...altho that isnt accurate

anyways, help in fixing this problem would be appreciated

what settings do u use in ATI MMC to capture mpeg2 that is svcd compliant? (i got my mpeg2 working woohoO)

Try turning off all power saving settings. That usually works in situations similar to yours.
