Random Lockups on new rig

Hi guys, I just put together a new rig, Athlon XP 1600, Soyo Dragon Plus, 3 x 256 MB Crucial DDR2100, Leadtek Winfast Ti500. I am gettting all sorts of random lockups. Mostly they occur when I am using memory or graphics intensive apps like Return to Wolfenstein or if I am running SiSofts burn-in tests, but also programs like Internet Explorer and Winamp will bluescreen. I am running WinXP Pro and I'm not overclocking anything. Please help, the old P3 800 that I replaced with this was rock hard stable, but I can't figure out what is going on here. I downloaded all the latest drivers (Detonator, Via 4 in 1, etc).

Thanks

Hi, I don't know if cooling is an issue. I'm using an Antec 1030 case with 3 80 mm case fans and a OCZ goliath with YsTech Fan to cool the athlon. The CPU is running at 43 degrees C or so.
