one of my prof said that there was a study done that showed eating blue-berry anything (ie. blue-berry muffins, blue-berry pancakes) increases brain activity...

this is because you are listening to the same thing. it would help the most if you went and studying with people coughing and sneezing and such (like they would during the test) in the exact room and chair that you will be taking the test in. that is the perfect scenario to study for an exam. proven by psychologists across the world.
