...Actually has 8 sides. Only when viewed from above can you really tell there is a slight concavity to each face. I did not know this.

*insert* The more you know!

A fact not so well known, is the unusual feature of the Great Pyramid is a concavity of the core that makes the monument an eight-sided figure, rather than four-sided like every other Egyptian pyramid. That is to say, that its four sides are hollowed in or indented along their central lines, from base to peak. This concavity divides each of the apparent four sides in ha

lf, creating a very special and unusual eight-sided pyramid; and it is executed to such an extraordinary degree of precision as to enter the realm of the uncanny. For, viewed from any ground position or distance, this concavity is quite invisible to the naked eye. The hollowing-in can be noticed only from the air, and only on the equinoxes. This explains why virtually every available photograph of the Great Pyramid does not show the hollowing-in phenomenon, and why the concavity was never discovered until the age of aviation. It was discovered quite by accident in 1940, when a British Air Force pilot, P. Groves, was flying over the pyramid. He happened to notice the concavity and captured it in the now-famous photograph (top image).

The photo above illustrates the curious optical phenomena that appears on the pyramid without its casing, at dawn and sunset at the time of the equinoxes (around 21 March and 22 Sept), a shadow appears on the south face of the great pyramid, apparently dividing it in half, with the shaded side nearest the sun.

This poses some more interesting questions regarding our ancient past.. How did a civilization that was supposedly ‘not as advanced’ as us build these by-hand and with such precision to create this concavity that is only seen from the air and on the equinoxes? Not all is what it seems and our ancient history may be very different from what the elite-controlled mainstream will acknowledge.

The purpose for the concavity of the Great Pyramids remains a mystery and no satisfactory explanation for this feature has been offered. The indentation is so slight that any practical function is difficult to imagine unless that is its exact function was to highlight the day of the equinoxes.

Interesting. I never knew that. Ancient people seemed fond of celestial tricks. I'd like to see modern architects do things like that.

Of course, that concavity is required to adequately collect zero point energy from the universe and beam it to orbiting satellites. The aliens took the satellites with them when they left, or they burned up when their orbits decayed enough though, so we're missing a large piece of the puzzle.

Did it look that way when the casing stones were present?

I guess there's no way to know.

So as I'm reading this...

Very carefully, I mutter as I start fumbling for my foil hat.

wat. (I didn't get the hat on in time.)

This seems like a classic Captain Obvious, except they JUST said that no satisfactory explanation has been offered. Maybe each sentence was authored by a different personality.

OP where did you find this? I hope you aren't a regular reader.

Oh and I thought it was fairly well-known that ancient Egyptian monuments were often oriented toward astronomical signs, but I didn't know about the concavity.
