Random email form or rotating email form

I am trying to create a form that will send an email to a list of email addresses either randomly or by going down the list one by one. It is so a website visitor can send information and the helpers on the other end are sharing the load. Any idea where to find this or what I can use to create it?

No. It is for a help desk project at work. I maintain 10 computer labs and have 3 other helpers. I want the incoming emails to rotate among all of us.

Why not just create an e-mail alias? tech@yourdomain.com Assign the necessary people to the alias and your good to go. That way everyone in informed of the problem and the steps taken to fix the problem.

I thought about that, but it is easier for each case to have their own lead tech.

I figured it someone had seen a sales lead distribuion script that it would work for what I am trying to do.
