This may be hopeless but I htought it would be worth a stab.
SO here is the sequence (speaking on behalf of a friend)...
Opened spreadsheet directly from email (without saving locally)
Made changes, saved, closed
Later, tried to open from the recent documents listed under file menu, but excel was not allowing me (which I think I later discovered was because I had that temp folder hidden)
I re-opened from email again and it saved over the previous save (I think)
As of now, when I locate the temp file on the hd, it pulls up the version with no changes (because it was the last one saved). Is there any way to revert to the version with the changes made?
