Random disconnecting/reconnecting with Insight?

I've noticed my connection with Insight has recently been disconnecting and reconnecting (it does this all within about a second, just enough to stop any downloads or disconnect me from AIM).

I'm not sure if it's my DI-624, but that hasn't caused problems before this. It may be from the new Vista build, 5456, but it also worked fine for a couple days.

Maybe Insight is just having some problems, but generally if I unplug my modem, and restart my computer, it works fine again for a while.

I have noticed it tends to disconnect more when I try to download big files.

Any clue what this might be?

I stopped the Ipv6 thing, because that does nothing anyways...reset my router to an older (non-beta) firmware...unplugged my modem, replugged it in, re-hooked up the router...so far it hasn't had any problems (though now my computer is randomly freezing, see the OS section)...

I've checked the system log and found these:

"Adapter Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection: Adapter Link Down"

"TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts."

"The DHCP Client encountered some error: 1153505433:423 ::

The system detected that network adapter Local Area Connection 5 was connected to the network, and has initiated normal operation over the network adapter."

"TRACE An Ipv4 address has been unplumbed from the stack: 1153505445:24 :: Successfully Deleted the address: 192.168.0.100"

"TRACE An Ipv4 address has been plumbed on the stack: 1153505448:484 :: Successfully Plumbed the address: 192.168.0.100"

"Your computer was successfully assigned an address from the network, and it can now connect to other computers."

Those last 7 or 8 entries would reappear, generally in the order that you read them...I believe that has something to do with my internet randomly disconnecting and reconnecting.
