no this is not the ati bug...
every time i press ESC to change servers or just to see whats on elsewhere i get this. when i press RESUME or when the new map starts loading my cs gets turned into a tiny window in the top left of my screen and windows appears in the background. the only way to get rid of this is ending the process. this is very irritating.
i do use a radeon btw...
