This is a game in serbia, between a popular local team (red star), and a greek team (PAOK), that is a kind of brother team of the first team's arch rival (Partizan). if that makes sense.
They've both got quite a large hooligan following, so it leads to ridiculous results sometime.

Maybe being able to handle stuff like this is what makes a lot of good serbian players. haha.
In related news, it looks like Partizan is banned from UEFA games for a year, and a $50k fine, because of the same kind of thing in their football matches.
