random blue screen problem

Recently, I've been getting random blue screens that can happen as often as 2 times in an hour. I have not changed anything hardware-wise recently. The blue screen usually says system_service_exception and writes a memory dump. I am really stumped as to why this could be happening. Is there something that I can do to show you guys the blue screen problem? I am not sure how i can attach the minidump file.
The problem is happening on a lenovo thinkpad x201 running on windows 7 sp1 64bit. I have updated the laptop to latest bios and drivers.

thanks

Could be sign of bad hardware to come.i.e. memory, cpu.
BSOD usually happens to protect the system from further damage.
Try download hardware monitor freeware to monitor temps, voltages and look for something unusual.

well it just happened again and right before it happened the temps were around 40's to 50's degree celsius. I don't think that temperature is that bad. I will try to run memtest later today to see if its the memory.

also i notice that that the bluescreens are not always the same. sometimes it will have the message in the original post, other times it will say "IRQL GT ZERO AT SYSTEM SERVICE" any ideas?

edit: i have been running memtest and within one pass, i am already getting around 130 errors. So could this be the cause of the blue screens? what can make memory suddenly go bad when it has been performing well for almost a year?
