Random Blue Screen and PC restarts

Well for the past few weeks I have started to get random Blue Screen with a count down that lead to a restart.

This is what is says under Technical Details(or something close to that)
STOP: 0x0000008E (0x00000001 . 0xB8420925 , 0xB222E2E4 , 0x00000000

watchdog.sys - Address B8420925 base atB8420000, DateStamp 480254ab

I would really appreciate the help and will submit more details if needed.

Thanks.

watchdog.sys is a component of Windows that monitors threads that are used by the video card drivers. If you are getting errors in watchdog.sys, I would first suspect something wrong with the video subsystem. Download and install the newest drivers for your video card. If that doesn't fix the problem (or if you just installed new drivers) try an older version to see if it has any effect.

I think you might be right, this started happening more often after installing the new Nvidia drivers.

Thanks for the help and I will post back on what happens after rolling back to the old version of the driver.
