Does this happen to all computer or must mine, that i was bore and sitting there stare at cpu z and i see voltage clip up and down by .008.

example: 1.312v then jump up to 1.320v then down then up.

it's called vDroop. Under load, the voltage to the cpu drops a little bit, and anyways, the voltage read-outs on programs have a nasty habit of being completely wrong. I have a program that reads out my 12v rail is at 16v.
