Random artifacts with X850 XT PE?

My card is not overclocked. And in a lot of my games: F.E.A.R demo, GTA: SA, Chronicles of Riddick, Far Cry, ect. SOMETIMES I will get random artifacts that just get worse and worse untill the VPU recover thing has to be used, sometimes it fixes the problem, sometimes it doesn't. And I have very good cooling.

I'm sick of it, does this stupid card just get too hot for the fan to keep it cool or what? Or maybe I just got a bad apple?

I don't want to RMA it, but I will if no one else is experiencing this.
Any feedback appreciated.

Experiment with drivers(don't know if this would conflict with thee issue)...worst thing is you have to RMA it...not bad
