Um, he has kept a consistent message such as this all during his campaign and we sent him to the senate by a healthy margin. You're not watching what's happening in this country, patriotism and love of country are making a comeback despite the terrorist loving democrat.

Obama is turning out to be the great uniter, uniting all those against him. May fuck be upon him.

There's nothing patriotic about preventing We The People from speaking out. Unless, that is, you're for the Sedition Acts, something that We The People would never be for in the truest sense.

Of course, one man's seditionist is another man's freedom fighter, as seen from the British and the Patriots. Naturally you would never oppose somebody fighting for their freedom from tyranny for the benefit of We The People.

Gotta love people who will wrap themselves in the Constitution one minute and want to smother a man to death with it in another minute.

Can't you guys ever let a troll thread die? It is becoming amusing to see the same arguments by everyone on a daily basis :p Round and round and round we all go! Another day with nothing accomplished :D

I see a lot of comments about profiling, but nothing from the Rand apologists about his rather dumb and unconstitutional statement that attending a speech that's hostile to the government should result in deportation or imprisonment.

Way to ignore the real problem with his remarks, idiots.

This++

All the normal apologists are deflecting and trying to talk about everything but his statement about locking people up for listening to a speech.

Funny how that works. It's like all these people can't read or something.

About 18 months ago, I was visiting one of the production facilities of the company I work for. The lab I was working in kept the radio on a conservative talk radio station. I heard Laura Ingraham advocate armed revolt in response to the incandescence bulb being banned.

So, according to Mr Paul should I be imprisoned?
