Ranch or Bleu Cheese?

Personally I likem plain but a bit of blue cheese or ranch is very refeshing. My record was 187 wings/drummettes at a local pub that sells them for 0.14 on Tuesdays The next day the wings got me in the end

Ranch with most buffalo wings.

Bleu cheese with those extremely spicy buffalo wings (called &quot;fire in the hole&quot; around these parts) since bleu cheese helps cover up the hotness so your tongue doesn't fall off.

That place is called &quot;Trail Dust&quot;. Mesquite, Texas. There's one in Denver too. Great place. The best steak I've ever eaten at a resturant came from there. Best flavor, so tender you could cut it with a fork. Kept going back but I could never get the same quality. It was the magical, once in a lifetime steak. The steak I will continue to search for. Now the only steak I like is the one I grill.
