hhaa, i was making hotdogs a few weeks ago, and i wanted to try a new type....so i made one of them ketchup/mustard/relish, and the other hotdog was Ranch, and only ranch.....it was good, but not unbelievable. originally, i didnt udnerstand the whole "ranch and pizza" crap, but its actually really good

This thread must have stuck in my subconcious. I am at work and I read this thread in the morning, and at lunch I ordered some chicken strips with ranch. Didn't even think about it until I saw this thread again. It was tasty too.....🙂

Any sauce or dressing that is based on mayo or sour cream is disgusting. It smells like dirty feet and vomit. It has the consistency of semen.
Sour cream is not so bad(at least for a chip dip), but I heartily agree with the motion that a mayo based sauce is disgusting.

I personally like ranch dressing. Hidden Valley Ranch is good stuff and cheap.

I like bleu cheese but it's expensive. Bleu cheese and Caesar are the two most expensive dressings.

The cheapest dressing is Italian. I personally don't care for it. I do love good vinaigrette dressing. My favorite is the red wine vinaigrette dressing that I make.

Bleu cheese and Caesar are around $13 gallon. Ranch, Thousand, and French are around $6 a gallon. Italian is around $3 a gallon.

I always order bleu cheese, Caesar, or house vinaigrette when I'm out eating at a restaurant.

where and the hell do you get Ranch for 6 bucks a gallon? I pay like 3.50 for a medium sized bottle, maybe 12 ounces, heck maybe 20, even still. A gallon for 6 bucks? that's gotta be D grade stuff 🙂

I've known people who put their crust into ranch which seems fine, but then there are the people who put the ranch onto the pizza itself! eww

I don't think it's disgusting. I put it on my salad from time to time, but it isn't one of my favorites. My girlfriend on the other hand puts ranch on her pizza which I do think is disgusting.

ranch is awesome... it's good on salads, it's good with fries (regular and cheese fries), it's good on chicken sandwiches, it's good with chicken, it's good with chicken wings, it's good with ribs, it's good with wraps... it's good stuff, man.

Yea, Ranch is disgusting.

Blue Cheese however is great on almost everything from salads to burgers.

they both are.

marzetti's blue cheese = the best blue cheese dressing on the market.

I used to pay around 6 bucks for gallon from food distributors back when I had my restaurant. US Food, Sysco, Cremosa, Sams, etc.

No, anyone who does not enjoy ranch should be strapped to a boat anchor, and then thrown in the ocean.
