Ran some updates, having issues now

I'm on XP Professional and ran some updates in Windows Update and restarted my computer, now Outlook Express and Internet Explorer will not work.

When I try to open them, it crashes and brings up the send error report message to Microsoft window. This also happens with Outlook.

Any ideas?
 
Nevermind, it's working now, sorry for useless post!

I noticed DoScan.exe was using lots of resources and looked that up on Google, it's related to my Norton Corporate Antivirus program running.
