Ran scross some old stock certificates from the 1980's

I ran across some old stock certificates totaling 149 shares in my grandfather's name. The issue dates were in 1987 and 1988. I did a quick google search and did not find much on the company. How would I find out if they are worth anything??

The company is MONY Real Estate Investors
