Ran bootcamp and restarted,now my mini wont do anything

I created a partition for windows in bootcamp and inserted my Windows 7 disc and restarted. When it boots up I get a black screen that says something about picking a cd boot choice. There is a 1 and a 2 but nothing is listed on either and I can't type anything. How can I eject the disc and get back to the macdesktop?

OK, you put the Windows 7 disk in. You held ALT on the keyboard while booting to get the boot list up, you selected the Windows 7 disk and then you get a black screen?

Or, were you able to install, and now you get a black screen? If that is the case, you have to reformat the partition from the Windows disk to be NTFS.

I created a windows partition in boot camp. It told me to insert my windows disc and then it restarted my mini and I am stuck on this screen

I did a google search and found a trickto get the disc out, now when I try to boot I am stuck on a blackvscreen with nothing but a flashing cursor

Do you have another USB keyboard handy? See if you can use that instead so make the 1/2 selection.

And holding ALT doesn't do anything?

I have found that sometimes Apple keyboards do not play nice with Windows early boot stuff (Safe mode, boot list).

Holding ALT will bring up the boot list, in theory your Mac OS partition will be there.

I plugged in the apple keyboard and held down the apple button, ctrl(i think),p and r and that allowed me to get to the desktop

I did a search and people were having issues with boot camp and windows, any other way you suggest I try to install windows?
