Ramsinks on Ti4200?

Will they help me OC it or should I just have a fan hitting the ram?

I have a fan hitting my card, and I got a really good OC from my card, but when I put on Tweakmonster RAMsinks, it didn't help my OC at all. However, it will cool the chips and possibly prolong their lives. Plus, it looks cool. :beer:
