Asus Rampage II Extreme

I have load line calibration enabled in the bios. From what I understand, LLC is suppose to stabilize the voltage to the cpu (i.e. minimize vdroop). The interesting thing though is that when I prime or intelburn, my volts actually INCREASE. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this before?
