rampage 8gb mem+psu

Ordering the x48 rampage mobo on monday. Wondering what memory I should go with (8Gb).. I'm gonna overclock a little but not too extreme, no watercooling. The cpu will probably be a quad 9450 or 9550 (9650 if I'm lucky). I'm gonna buy a cheap ****ty gfx card for now and later on buy 2x 4870x2. Also I'm a little lost when it comes the the power supply. Any suggestions to oc-friendly memsticks and psupply would be great!

Why is everyone getting 8GB lately? I thought 4GB was more then enough for everything?

For games, MS office, or anything in a 32 bit system foer that matter.. 4GB is probably overkill - but 3dsMAX and AutoCAD Architecture on 64 bit OS's eat up all 8 GB and ask for more.
