Hi everyone, I recently got a Rampage 3 Extreme board to replace my EX58-UD5. However, there's a huge problem with the overclocking. On the UD5, I was able to run my Xeon w3520 at 4.5ghz 1.475v rock solid stable. On the R3E, I cant go above 4.2 ghz. The strange thing is, if I go any higher, the system simply wont post. Its not even like its unstable, it just wont post. And it is stable at 4.2 ghz @ 1.4v, and even when I up it to 1.475v, it still wont post. I feel like there's some artificial ceiling on the motherboard, as this is kind of unexplainable. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
