Pad Thai is too sneaky. It has those bean sprouts that try to imitate noodles. Plus Pad See Ew is better. But it isn't the right type of noodle for this thread

Ramen from a legit ramen house with all kinds of add-ins is one of the best meals I've ever had.

I've never had real good lo mein afaik... I like it but its only take out chinese to me so far.

I know Pho is pretty awesome but I'm just not into tripe, tendon etc... I do like the flavoring in it though.

Spaghetti... lol.

I would be on that TLC "My 600 Pound Life" show if I lived in Italy. I can't get enough Italian food. Linguine needs to be on the list instead of spaghetti. You need some surface area to hold that sauce

I like ramen, pho, and occasional chow mein but I couldn't eat it everyday like spaghetti. It would be the same as eating jjamppong, jjajangmyeon, naengmyeon, kalguksu, japchae everyday. And most of korean/chinese noodles are way better than ramen, pho, or chow mein.

Ehh, I prefer rice noodles.

Pho is my favorite of the options, even though I don't eat it very often since there's no Pho place near work where I can go as a lunch destination on a regular basis.

But my favorite noodles are rice vermicelli
