Going with Rambus was the biggest mistake Intel has ever made and now it's time to pay up...good for them

The article states the delay is due to a problem with the chipset (i850) that just so happens to be rambus based. I think the chipset has PCI slots too. Darn PCI slots. I hate those stupid slots they always screw up everthing...lol :) Come on Train, what a stupid title... "Rambus is slowing P4 release" read the article.

I suspect the problem is more to do with the AGP implementation than the Rambus part of the chipset.

Unfortunatley Rambus' bad reputation has meant that everybody seems quick to blame them for problems - a shame, because this is simply not true.
