You probably need to change the RAM from "Auto" to "SPD" in the bios. You may need to change the system setting from "Optimal" or somesuch to "Expert" to enable this option.
I'm thinking that at 266 your CPU and ram is in sync. I keep hearing that for AMD you get better performance by running in sync as opposed to async (which would be the case if you increase FSB of ram). If you up your FSB for the ram, post back on your experience regarding performance increase/decrease please.
Yea, on the nForce2 boards it is better to run the Ram at the same speed as the FSB os the CPU. Lower the multiplier to 11 and raise the FSB to 166 and your ram will follow suit.
