Ram with ABIT NF7-S

I have an ABIT NF7-S with a 2500+ OC'd to 3200. I currently have a 512MB stick of PC3200. Today I decided to buy another two sticks of 512 @ PC3200 although I noticed that the motherboard can support 3x DIMMs for DDR333/266 or 2x DIMMs for DDR400.

My question is, would I be best sticking with a gig of PC3200 or should I toss everything in for 1.5gig but at PC2700 speeds? My guess is that the PC3200 will be the best choice because of the OC, what do you think?

Note: If I have a stick left over I have a place for it in another computer. 🙂

You want to run synchronous FSB and RAM on an NF2, so if you're not doing anything that requires more than a gig of RAM put it in another computer if you're not going to upgrade your 9800 Pro.
