RAM? what is right for me?

well guys, i requested an RMA for my XMS ram for my rig, after much criticism. now i'm on the hunt for a new set. please look at my rig set up to help me decide. i plan on overclocking some, but not immeaditly. i'm also looking into the idea of getting a dedicated sata II drive for my windowesx programs, and then use the drive shown for storage/games. either way tho, what ram should i go with? please give reasons why, i'm not looking for a fanboi response. thank you very much.
